Pharmacy services (non-narcotic prescriptions)
Health education and lifestyle change support, including smoking cessation counseling
Care coordination and referrals as appropriate to University of Virginia and Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospitals

Our Team
The Clinic has recruited highly experienced and skilled local physicians and nurse practitioners, who are licensed in Virginia, to provide healthcare to our patients.
The Clinic depends on volunteers, donations and grants to conduct its operations. We are not a government program or health department. Without your support we would not be able to provide this essential service to low income people in our community.
